I have used Japan Wireless several times and the pocket wifi has worked flawlessly allowing me to stream videos without any buffering.

Very easy pick up and delivery. Very easy on and off. Recomended.

Easy Pickup ( got it delivered to hotel), Convenient Drop ( you can drop it in any Japan Post Mail Box ) and a power bank in the kit. The reasons why I thought this was the best option for a Pocket Wi-fi in Japan

so easy. easy pick up at either the airport or your hotel, easy installation and use. We were shocked how long it lasted on one charge. So great and easy. Would highly recommend.

Wifi worked very well the whole two weeks in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Portable battery (included) was handy for those long days. Process of getting the package and returning it was very easy and convenient.

Return customer here. The service has always been seamless, from being informed of the device being sent to the hotels through to the end after return is confirmed. Provider service for internet was excellent throughout the trip, less a couple areas in the countryside (which could not be helped in a mountainous region with limited infrastructure). Definite recommendation for shared/group internet.
