Helpful with outages
I would highly recommend renting your Wifi device from Japan Wireless. I made reservation for (4) devices and picked it up from Hanenda terminal 3 airport. They had the package ready for pick up and the Wifi devices charged up ready to use. One of my friend forgot to mail the device back and brought it back to the USA. I contacted Japan wireless and they just had me mail it back to them less the external battery because you can't sent lithium battery via air. The fee was only 2200 yen. The customer service was ichiban!
