As travellers from UK who do not have the most up to date phones, the esim was not an option. We arranged Japan wifi, collected at Narita airport, very small and compact, power bank included if battery ran low, connected straight away, very easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend. Great service, never lost connection.

Excellent delivery, service and great rates

The device itself has good signal but carry that battery w you bc you will need it! But I would definitely use the service again. Good signal and only a few minor misses with connection as we traveled Japan. But overall, I would recommend and use again. Easy to pick up and drop off. Better than international phone plan and signal!
