The product was fantastic. It worked as well, if not better, than advertised.

So easy to pick up & drop off. this is my second time in japan and second time ordering pocket wifi.

Thank you for the service and the clear instructions. We had it shipped to our hotel so when we checked in at 10pm - it was there! We were able to have wifi throughout the 10 day trip. Easy drop off at the airport was an added bonus!

Easy pick up and drop off at Narita airport and the device worked great the whole time.
