Good product. We use it for two weeks from Tokyo to Hiroshima. We were three peoples connect and the speed was ok.

Rental pick up is easy and return is so convenient. Device worked perfectly. I have rented from this business every time we travel to Japan.

Seemless coverage, fast, reliable.
Easy pixk-up and even easier to drop in post box.
Included power bank was a big plus. Battery on the unit lasts a long time on its own charge.

This was vital to my trip. The battery lasted the day and if needing to charge it wouldn’t take long. I had 2 phones connected with no issues and used for 10 days. I recommend this most definitely.

Amazing range and can be used anywhere outdoors, indoors.
Perfect wifi!!

Very easy pick up drop off and usage

Pocket Wifi is very reliable and stays longer

On time delivery to the hotel, good functionality and easy return at the airport

Amazing set up. Came in handy to have everywhere and worked very well. Only had a couple issues when on the train that I’d lose service but overall it was perfect and exactly what we needed. Battery lasted all day too.

The pocket wifi was indispensable on my four-week stay in Japan.
