I had good connection just about anywhere, good amount of life and instructions were very clear on how to use it.

Only problem was finding the post office at Narita to pick it up. After that everything worked very well.

I like the returning of equipment. Very good with printed return address envelope. Well done

This is the one and only company I deal with when I visit Japan and need wireless. When I check into a hotel it's always there with the check-in receptionist. Love it!

I have used Japan wireless several times during my travels to there, I’ve never been disappointed.

Worked great all over Japan, was absolutely indispensable!

It was easy to use and I’m glad I rented it! We had great WiFi wherever we went in Japan! I will rent it again next time when I’m in Japan.

easy to use with good reception. Great delivery and easy to return

It was Perfect. Great

From delivery to end of use. Product performed wonderfully.
