Excellent service.

Hi we were on holidays visiting Japan and wifi portable make much easier our experience. If you want easy life, we really recommend it because depending where you are, you could have or not free wife.

Reliable connection.

Used for a month while traveling in a Japan and service was excellent!

We ordered this the day before arrival which is too late to receive the next day. Unfortunately on their website delivery was promised the next day but then we were told it would take three days for delivery. We were refunded the three days and it arrived in good shape. It was easy setup and easy return. Next time I will order way ahead of arrival.

Ritirato all'aeroporto di Narita in 5 minuti. Messo in funzione immediatamente e mai avuto problemi per tutto il periodo del noleggio. Ottima velocita' e effettivamente traffico illimitato. La batteria ha un autonomia di circa 9 ma con la power bank aggiuntiva l'autonomia raddoppia.
Rispedito senza alcun problema all'aeroporto di Haneda.
Insomma ottima esperienza

Very easy to use, excellent service. Highly recomend.

The pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless was easy and the best decision. They delivered the wi-fi to my hotel in tokyo. The packet contained everything I needed including all the cables, portable battery pack, the wifi and a return envelope that I just place into the mail box at the airport. I will order this again!
