This was our very first time to Japan so we couldn’t imagine a trip without Wi-fi. The service was perfect, it was easy to collect and return it. Moreover there was a battery which was clearly useful ! I think we’ll use Japan Wireless again if we were to return to Japan.

We would have been completely lost without it on several occasions! Worked without a hitch, would definitely recommend the product and supplier.

worked really well even with 6 people connected

Fantastic wireless service throughout our trip in Honshu and great personal service from this provider. 6 stars.

All very well

Very reliable device with long battery life.

Customer service was great too. Very prompt in responding to queries. Will use again when i visit Japan.

Had coverage all over Tokyo without an issue. Even in very crowded areas, I had very fast internet speeds. Pickup at Narita airport was fast and easy. Return was even easier! Couldn't be happier! Next time I'm in town, I will definitely rent through them again. Thank you, Japan Wireless. You offer a truly great service!

The Japan wireless unit worked very well and did not have any difficulty connecting with family and friends back home.

Absolutely brilliant product enabled access to live google maps anywhere i went in japan. Getting real time bus and train info made getting around easy. Battery lasted all day but a lithium charger was also supplied. Fast connection and unlimited data enabled easy streaming. Product is small and light and all our phones could be connected. Easy pick up from airport. Essential for a stress free time in Japan.
