Great service and the extra power bank was a life saver. Also pickup and delivery were easy. It was delivered to my hotel and I mailed it back from the airport before flying out.

Fast WiFi Internet, never exceeded maximum quota internet per day, Wide Coverage, battery last more than 8 hrs and convenient pick-up and drop-off.

This pocket WiFi has made our trip so seamless. It was a super affordable option compared to what our phone carriers offer, plus we were able to connect various devices to it at once. The WiFi itself was always fast and reliable. They even included an extra battery pack so we could recharge on long days. If we left it consistently on, it lasted about 7-8 hours before we had to hook it up to the extra battery.

The truth is that in Japan you need WI-fi and this service is Great!! I truly recommended!!

This was magnificent. We went off the beaten track and didn’t lose service once. We used maps constantly and kept in touch with family daily. Highly recommend.

After one day with the original router that was sent to me, I had to request a replacement as it wasn't charging very well, kept shutting off at random times throughout the day, and was getting very hot. The Japan Wireless team was very quick to offer a replacement and send it out. All I had to do was mail in the old one. The replacement router worked much better. Still got hot and the external battery would not charge it, but since it didn't shut down randomly and held power much better, that was just a small inconvenience and didn't really affect my use of the router. The wireless service that the router provided was super fast and just what I needed for the trip. I never once had to worry about being out of contact. It was great!
