Great device. Great service

We went for a City round trip in Japan. For 3 weeks we habe been using train, trams and ferrys non-stop. The network-coverage and Internet speed was really good. Barely disconnects even when driving through rural areas by train. I compared a lot of Routers beforehand and it wasn't sure which one to choose. Didnt regret my choice. Definitely recommended for City tours!

Unit was delivered to our hotel a day early, returning it was also easy and simple. Never ran out of power because the package came with its own powerbank!

I’ve used Japan Wireless on two trips now and it’s been a great experience. The unit itself works well, holds a charge and gets good service and comes with the accessories you’d want. Pickup and dropoff couldn’t be easier, and when I had a mixup with addresses (my error) I got a prompt response and quick resolution. Highly recommend!

This product was well worth the money. Although some hotel WiFi is is iffy and doesn’t always work, this things was great for traveling across the country while using GPS service and uploading pictures to social media. I even was able to steam a Netflix movie on the bullet train. Absolutely recommend!

Battery lasts all day. Speed fast enough and highly reliable. Had to request redeliver to hotel (originally to airport) due to flight delays. Very fast and efficient communication and redelivery. Easy to send back also. Thank you! Will use again
