The quality of the data connection is very good and stable. We are a family of 5 and have moved together through the city as usual - there was great access to the net for everyone at any time ...
With the included power bank, there is enough energy for at least a full day of use.
Excellent service, the handover and return of the equipment is very easy and well organized ...
Highly recommendet. Thank You!

Fantastic service - got SIM card delivered to our hotel in super quick time. No problems experienced at all - highly recommended.

We’re a family of 5 persons from Belgium and we’ve made a trip from Fukuoka to Tokyo. Our pocket-WiFi was Fantastic. It was delivered in our first hotel in a nice pocket

The package I ordered was in time at the hotel. It works soooi great and it’s soo easy to use! WiFi is strong. The whole group (5) can go on the WiFi together at the same time, or still works very well. Even at the subway we had good WiFi. I will try to get this on every holiday from now on!

Excellent value, fast and reliable internet. An absolute must for the traveller in Japan. super clear instructions on how to set up, use and return. Also very easy to change the return time, as I did.

A must have utility in Japan.

Everything worked as advertised. Delivery and return procedures all went smoothly. The connection and the speed were flawless. The connectivity was an important part of our trip and it never failed us. Thank you!

In late 2017 went on my honeymoon with my lovely wife and spent almost 3 weeks in Japan.

We traveled all over the country and spent a lot of time touring shrines and exploring what Japan has to offer.

During our trip, we had three seperate devices paired to the Japan Wireless device (which we stored in our backpack) and never had a problem - it was always fast, always reliable, and easy to use.

We are coming back to Japan in late 2019 and have ordered another one for our trip! Can not recommend highly enough! 5 stars

It was extremely easy to order one online. Very reasonable priced. I will do another review on usage once I get to Tokyo.

very very useful for our recent trip to Japan
