I am always in great hands when I work with Japan Wireless! I always rent their Pocket Premium Wi-Fi to take along with me during my trips to Japan. They make it absolutely effortless to get connected in Japan and I can always count on them to have the product waiting for me wherever I ask them to send it to. Their return package that they include also makes it very easy for me when I leave Japan. I can always count on them for my Wi-Fi needs and have definitely recommended them to friends and family while in Japan! Thank you Japan Wireless!!!

Very easy to use! Great reception throughout our visit in Japan!

It was rly nice, never failed, can’t remember how much i payed so can’t be that much either

Great service by Japan Wireless, easy pick-up and return. Great quality wifi.

Good website. Very good prices!

Helped stay connected

I have used this service 2 times before an this is my third. It is always delivered on time and I never had any issue with it.

Used for 4 days in Japan. Never lost battery and didn’t have to charge until we got back to the hotel at the end of the night. Easy pick up at the airport and just had to remember to put in the post box before security!!!!

It's a good way to have Wi-fi but perhaps the device is quite heavy but good!

Timely and convenient delivery. Strong signal. Easy return. Will use again!
