Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to Japan as my wife fell ill. Japan Wireless arranged for the device to be returned to them from the hotel and arranged a full refund. Outstanding service! Thank you so much. We are now visiting in April and will definitely use Japan Wireless. Gary

Easy to order, collect, use and return. It worked for a number of users throughout our stay in Japan.

Tivemos internet durante toda a viagem e foi muito importante para utilização do Google Maps todo o tempo. Funcionou muito bem, a bateria durava o dia todo.

Pocket WiFi works wonderfully. Battery does die quick, but thankfully it comes with a backup battery. This is the second time I buy a pocket WiFi with Japan Wireless. Their customer service is great! They’re fast & super friendly! So glad I found them for my first Japan trip & went immediately to purchase again for my second Japan trip! Thank you!! Can usually find a discount code also. You won’t regret this purchase. :)

Performed as well as advertised for a family of 4. Would recommend to all people interested.

Worked great. Battery was actually able to last all day with 3 phones connected. It had great speed. I wasn't able to tell a difference between it and my phone at home. I also didn't run into any areas where it didn't work and I did go off the beaten path a little bit.

EXCELENT !

I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the costumer service. I've been able to use the mobile data alla around Japan and with great service as well.
The costumer service was also very good, I had problems with picking it up at the agreed place but they were able to re-ship it (with a small fee) directly to my house in less than two days. I would definitely buy another one if I had to travel to Japan again

A little hard to find the post shop in the airport, but easy to connect, instructions are simple to follow, battery life is quite long and enough for around a day out. Fast wifi, and can still connect to wifi around 100m away. Overall great!

Worked without any problem, both in between high buildings such as in Tokyo and in rural areas throughout Japan.
Receiving and return the device worked without perfect. And customerservice is close to perfect.
