The WIFI was fast, however my unit got very hot everyday. The battery didn't last all day either. It is important to carry the backup charger that is included in the rental package. Unit was delivered to my hotel the day before and return at Haneda Airport was easy.

Great service

This product was great and really lasted quite some time with heavy use from two/three users. The extra battery it came with also came in handy not just with the portable Wifi but for our phones as well :) the pack also comes with a wall USB adapter so that was also really good when we found we didn't have enough plugs for our international devices! Would fully recommend 10/10!

The best solution to have WI FI acces in all the Japan territory, Works perfect and for us is imposible to visit Japan without this solution.

We were very satisfied.

We had a great time during our time in Japan, with a big part being owed to this device! It worked great the entire trip and we were able to stay always connected. I'll definitely be using this again when I return to Japan.

I have done the rental of wi-fi routers in Japan Wireless several times now and, so far, every time all has worked as intended. Good delivery, internet speed and coverage are very good and the drop-off system is very convenient. I highly recommend.

Definitely worth the value, for tons of use for it during my 2 week trip in japan. At times it was better than hotel wifi and did not have any trouble getting connection while traveling around. 100% would recommend!! Will definitely be using this again when I go back to Japan next time!

During my visit (about 1 week) I was using router in Tokyo and Gunma prefecture. Network coverage is very good. There was no problem with availability of signal. Regarding speed of conection, in depends of place. Mostly is was comfortable to use, but in some places, speed was too low - it was not possible to use YouTube or even browsing of internet was difficult.
Nevertheless, I will also use it during my next visit in Japan.
