It was easy to use . It arrived on time and it came with extra battery. Perfect

Amazing product and service.
Delivered on time and provided excellent wireless and unlimited coverage during our stay in Japan.
Highly recommended, great price.

We practically have service everywhere. The only thing i noticed was that we couldnt connect 10 devices to it. But we had two pocket wifi so that didnt matter as much. Pick up and drop off was easy. Everything was done at the airport. We got it was osaka so after grabbing your luggage and leaving the sercurity point go find the post office which was on the second floor. For drop off we did it at narita so drop off at a mail box BEFORE you go through tsa.

Would not have enjoyed our trip as much as we did without the portable Wi-Fi. It allowed us to navigate easily all around Japan and change our plans at the last minute. It made being a tourist stress free!

I had read several reviews of different mobile wireless option in Japan.
I finally settled on this one because of the data options.
I was not disappointed!! With the Japan Wireless premium Pocket WIFI getting around Japan was not only a lot of fun but extremely easy!!
Thank you, Japan Wireless!!!

Don’t travel without this! Easy to order, pickup, connect and return...highly recommend!

Loved having wifi every where we went!
It helped us get around in Japan!
Thank you so much!

overall it was usable. But if I compare it to the portable wifi we used on our previous Tokyo trip? it is not as good. in our last trip the hotel let us carry with us as a portable device which provided reliable always connected wifi. this was much better.

Stayed within the Tokyo Metropolitan area and the device always had service. Extra battery was also useful for keeping it running for the entire day. Worked well with 2 devices accessing it at a time.

The premium wi-fi service worked almost everywhere we traveled in Japan. The speed was phenomenal, although the device was often being used by 3 individuals at a time. Pickup (Post Office at Narita) and return (any mailbox) were convenient with no waits.

I would definitely use this again on my text trip to Japan.
