GREAT PRODUCT EASY TO USE AND AMAZING SERVICE

Couldn’t have managed in Japan without this. Easy to use and slip into a pocket or bag. Worked brilliantly all the time - we had WiFi wherever we were. Picked it up from the airport when we landed, helpful staff ensured I was logged on. To return put it in the envelope provided and drop in the post. Highly Recommended

Speed and coverage was very good, and picking up the card was very easy at the post office. Definitely recommended.

Best decision made was to get one of these. Should have got two for when we were travelling separately. Super handy and very easy to collect, drop off, and use. Easy to pop in day pack or handbag. Great idea.

Japan Wireless provides excellent service for visitors to Japan. Wherever, I visit, I secure reservations for the portable WiFi early to ensure that one is available.

Easy to set up, stayed charged all day. Convenient battery pack when my phone ran out of charge. I would use this service again!

Conveniently picked up @ Narita airport upon arrival. Easy to set up. Only issue I had was all the email I was receiving , over 40 messages in Japanese, telling me according to the gentleman that helped translate the message, that I was going over my minutes limit and that I was going to incur additional charges. But the phone number listed was a Japan number that was unknown to me. Other than that it worked perfectly and all I had to do was drop it off in the enclosed envelope @ Narita Airport ( mailbox) and we’re done. Easy and convenient

No problems, reliable service. Would use again when in Japan.
