Worked great throughout Japan. Thank you Japan-wireless!

We used our Japan Wireless on a recent trip to Tokyo/Kyoto. The complete service they offer is amazing and great value for money. The instructions on pickup and return are very clear, and the package comes with absolutely everything you need. The modem performed flawlessly and having constant fast connectivity made our time in Japan so much easier as we used Goggle Maps and Translate quite a lot! I also had to do some work on occasion during our trip and as an audio professional, I had to upload a gang of files while travelling. The modem handled it all with no problems. When I come back to Japan, I will definitely use this service again.

I did a really really last minute order and my router was delivered on time. I had to contact support for a minor question and they got back to me real quick. Network speed and availability wa strong throughout our trip and in any locations

We had WiFi throughout our travels in Japan. Very convenient and compact. Charge lasted the whole day. Useful for maps and locating subway and bus stations. Only issue was the charging cord part connecting to the unit was loose and did not charge it properly. Fortunately we had a spare.

We had no issues whatsoever using the wireless router. We had great signal reception throughout our trip and internet speed was fast and constant all over. Battery life was also not a problem. Would definitely use again!

Rented the pocket WiFi on line for my time in Tokyo. Excellent service from Japan Wireless. Waiting in my hotel on arrival. Worked seamless as I was out and about and posted back to Japan Wireless. Good value and worked out very well. Highly recommend.
