Reliable wifi everywhere, will definitely use again next time in Japan.

This is my 3rd time renting a mobile wifi from Japan Wireless and it's still as good! Strongly Recommend to anybody looking to rent mobile wifi in Japan!

I'm a royal customer for about 5 years and have used them more than 5 times. The connection is solid and speed is fast enough, my daughter and I both connected and watched Netflix with no problem. I have encountered a problem for a few times (lost envelope, cable, period extension etc. ) every time, they provided an excellent service. I will continue using them when I travel to Japan. Thank you.

We arrived at our hotel a little after midnight and it was already there at the check-in desk. The service was always good and it came with a powerbank and a cord so we were never without internet. Dropped it off at the airport before flying out and that was it.

Unit was very convenient to use with small size and battery lasting more than one day. Good value.

I’ve been using this service since 2014. It’s always been the best.

I always choose your service whenever I travel to Japan because it's super convenience and good customer service. The wifi signal is perfect even on the mountain. Will continue support your service!

Our pocket wifi rental was fantastic. Affordable and reliable for our entire trip. Pick up and return process was also hassle free. Highly recommend

It was great to have wifi everywhere we went. Made keeping in touch with friends and family easy. Plus we used google maps to navigate our way around and no hiccups at all. Will be using again next February.

We had two of these for two weeks, we were four. It was great to have two whenever we had to split up. If you use it heavily, the battery will last 6 to 8 hours, so having two came in very handy when one of the devices ran out of battery. As the package included a power bank for each device, whenever one ran out of battery, we could just charge it up again. All in all, if you include the extra battery you get, you'll never run out of battery with these devices. Excellent service altogether.
