Very easy to pick up at the airport and they've already included a 10000mAh battery pack. Out of the 10 days that I was in japan, I went to Tokyo, took the shinkansen to Kyoto and Nagoya, the wifi always worked except on the train. The return was simple with the pre-paid envelope.

Reliable wifi everywhere, will definitely use again next time in Japan.

I'm a royal customer for about 5 years and have used them more than 5 times. The connection is solid and speed is fast enough, my daughter and I both connected and watched Netflix with no problem. I have encountered a problem for a few times (lost envelope, cable, period extension etc. ) every time, they provided an excellent service. I will continue using them when I travel to Japan. We arrived at our hotel a little after midnight and it was already there at the check-in desk. The service was always good and it came with a powerbank and a cord so we were never without internet. Dropped it off at the airport before flying out and that was it.

Unit was very convenient to use with small size and battery lasting more than one day. Good value.
