We use for 13 day and it was very useful. It works fine all the day thank to the powerbank

Reliable, battery life as stated, helpful power bank, easy pick up/return

Excellent performance ... works!!! Will order the device again.

Japan Wireless’s Premium Wifi was incredibly useful giving us internet access wherever we were on our 18 days in Japan. A ‘must have’ for travellers like ourselves - and very easy to arrange and return

Ottimo prodotto e servizio!

We were very pleased with our mobile WiFi, especially being able to look at maps when out and about.

We consistently use Japan Wireless to rent a router for our devices during every trip to Japan. The pick up and drop off process is quick and efficient as we use the airport post office. We have returned the router earlier than rented for and received a refund. Another time we had to cancel our trip due to inclement weather and Japan Wireless allowed us to cancel. No complaints so far!!

Thank you for service. Easy for order and use. Confortable and simply for our travel in Jappan
