This was my second time using this service and I can highly recommend it. Pickup from Haneda airport was very easy and so was returning it by post. The WiFi was reliable and fast, and I didn’t have any trouble connecting throughout my travels. Very easy and streamlined, thank you!

Great experience, reliable

Felt very grateful to have had access to WiFi across all of Japan - it was absolutely necessary for all the travelling I did. My only small request is that I wish it had a better battery life because it ran out a lot more than I expect. I had to charge it every evening, which is a lot and meant that I could not be in a place without a charger.

Been a regular client of yours whenever we travel to Japan. But when we went last November, the unit got warm/hot easily compared with the ones we rented during the past years.
