equipment was delivered promptly. returns logistics were simple (but would be better if they confirmed receipt since there is a steep penalty for not returning equipment). coverage was good for the duration of the trip. convenient and safe to have secure private wifi connection on the two week trip. only issue is that the device itself is heavy compared to a data sim card. not a heavy user, only needed the device, not the incluided charge brick.

Easy placing order online for hotel delivery

I think this is one of the best I have with extra spare battery provided inside the bag. easily connected and durable. Only lost the signal a few time due to underground expressway. other then that, this is the best I have use. thanks

Worked as advertised. Unbeatable price

Navigating through a very complex subway system, plus addresses that can be challenging to find, you need access to the Internet 100% of the time. This is where this product saves the day, every time! Also, the process to get it and return it is made so easy! Highly recommend!

Excellent service, great wifi reception everytime. Helped a lot looking for directions on our phone.
