I had no issues on renting the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless

Best prices and most convenient service.
Delivery can be arranged to your hotel or airport.
The pocket wifi has good coverage and bandwidth in Tokyo.
Comes with a convenient charging pack and pre-paid parcel to ship back from the airport.
Will use again.

Very much used during my 2-week-trip. It was so easy to pick-up and drop-off at the airport I came to. Never had down time.

good product, easy delivery and return process

Very reliable whenever you need network coverage around the Tokyo area for a layover!

Great experience! Everything was super easy and user-friendly

Very good conection and speed. worth the price. They deliver to hotel or pick up directly at the airport. I am using it since 5 years ago and I will repeat. No surprises afterwards in your mobile bill :)

Very eager to please and good service.

Was super convenient!

I was supposed to have cell service in Japan with t-mobile but it didn't work once. If it wasn't for this router, I would've had no way to navigate in Japan. This saved my trip.
