Great service, super convenient

Easy to setup order and great that it will be delivered to the hotel.

While the router itself seems to have fluctuated between 3G & 4G speeds, the price vs. using overseas data and the convenience of picking up and dropping off at the airport, makes this a regular choice for me.

We have traveled to Japan many times and we would always order our pocket Wi-Fi through Japan wireless.
Very easy to use and a free back up battery . Fast and easy.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO HAVE JAPAN WIRELESS DEVICE WITH YOU THROUGH OUT YOUR TRIP IN JAPAN.

This hotspot is easy to carry around and has pretty good coverage during my stay in Japan. Highly recommended

This is our 3rd trip to Japan since the restrictions were lifted and we have never been dissatisfied with your service. Prior to the pandemic we have used your service maybe 5 or 6 times. Excellent customer service and so convenient and affordable.

The delivery process is perfect and Scheduled on time.

Easy pickup, clear instructions, perfect service throughout the country.

Japan Wireless pocket WiFi was invaluable! I was able to have internet access reliably throughout my entire trip. Highly recommend!
