Convenient and easy to setup. Comes with battery to charge. Fast internet connection. Highly recommended.

Have used Japan wireless premium Wifi several times. 100% reliable, fast and delivered to your hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

I went on a trip to Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto. The wifi was super fast and it even worked on subways. The battery life even last for more than a day. It came with a external charger which can also be use to charge your phone.

It's the third time we use japan-wireless. Everything worked out perfectly and it's very easy to use.

It worked very well during my entire stay in Japan. Easy to pick up and easy to return.

Amazing product.

I’ve rented a wi-fi device from Japan-Wireless twice before and found them reliable to deal with and the wi-fi device easy to set up and operate. I wouldn’t travel Japan without it.

Good service from Ordering, Pick-up, Wifi Coverage, to Return. Keep up the good work.

I ordered my pocket wi-fi online for delivery at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. The item was waiting for me upon checking in at the hotel. The pocket wi-fi was clean, fully charged, and was packet in a small bag with a fully charged spare battery, accessories for recharging the battery and pocket wi-fi, and easy to read instructions. There was also a prepaid mailer for me to return the items upon my departure from Japan.

The pocket wi-fi worked perfectly from Shizuoka to Hokkaido and I didn’t have to use the spare battery. I will definitely use Japan Wireless on future visits to Japan.

Very fast and easy to use. Process for picking up and dropping off is easy and simple
