No problem whatsoever with wifi during our hectic travel schedule

We were traveling over Japan and the device fulfilled all our needs to stay connected.

I had a great experience with Japan wireless. I purchased it the first time in March 2020, until I had to unfortunately cancel my trip. It was refunded with no hassle. I was also given a discount code for my next booking which unfortunately expired before I could return to Japan again this year. However I still purchased with Japan Wireless again this year for my return back in January, and it was no hassle and very easy to pick up right at the airport when I landed. I had no issues for the 3 weeks that I had it and was very happy. I will be recommending this to friends and family every time whenever they are visiting Japan.

The data coverage was good however the battery life is not that great. Overall still alright and affordable too!

Everything went smoothly

Very cheap service and helps so much when travelling around japan. From bullet trains to hokkaido and back to kyoto never lost service. Had quick speeds, definitely a must for all travellers.

I have not received the product yet, but the ordering process was very streamlined and simple! Their customer service is also very efficient and helpful. Granted, I live in Japan so the time difference is not an issue, but when I submitted an inquiry, I received a helpful answer within a few hours.
