Been using Japan Wireless for around 8 years now I think and I must say I probably wont use other services again. They never failed me once.

Easy pick, Easy Return & worked well even though we had coverage with our T-Mobile Plan

The wireless hot spot was waiting for me at my hotel. It worked flawlessly. The whole family was able to have internet everywhere we went. Very easy process. Excellent service and product. I will definitely use it again when I’m Japan!!!!

This was the best item to have out in Japan to ensure you have a stable connection wherever you are. This was a life saver with Google Maps. Thank you!!!

This service was seamless. It was delivered to the hotel and worked without any problems for our 10 days in Japan. Long battery life and never had to use the backup battery that was included. Just charged overnight and good to go for long days. Easy mail back for return.

Device was waiting for us at the first hotel. Connection was very good wherever we traveled to.

Picked up from Narita Airport, which was quick and easy. The unit came already charged and worked right away while on the Kisei Skyliner.

Throughout the 12 days we were in Japan, the unit worked everywhere in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka without a problem other than some areas between Narita and Tokyo and inside some tunnels. The battery lasted for around 10-12 hours, which was perfect for all-day activities and into the night, and it came with a power bank USB-C charger in case.

Speeds were reliable. We paid for the premium unlimited package with advertised speeds at 180 mbps. However, based on speed tests around various places, we were only able to get around 30-60 mbps with an average of around 40 mbps. Even though the speeds were not as advertised, it was still very reliable and definitely great for looking up transit, places to eat, Google Translate, and even social media browsing.

Returning the unit was a bit confusing at the airport since we had to locate the drop-off box. However, after asking a few airport workers, we were able to find it.

Overall, our experience was 8.5/10 - 1 point taken for speeds below advertised and half point taken for some areas without service/congestion and slowdown of speeds. But still HIGHLY recommended! Very affordable and very reliable for multiple users.

Amazing service! Super simple to order and to return. We had 7 devices conectad and internet was still fast and we never lost signal. A full charge also lasted us the whole day. I would absolutely order again!

As usual, also during my latest trip in Japan, I have rented the wifi router from Japan wireless unlimited data.
I could use it for my mobile and my laptop as well and witht the included powerbank, you are never out of energy! 5stars
