We travelled in Japan for two weeks always getting without getting lost, wheter looking for a restaurant, shop, point of interest, shrine, subway, train we always got where we wanted thx to using the pocket Wifi. It worked like a clock with great battery time.

Nothing but awesome device. Easy connection. Fast wifi. Family of 4 shared for a week in Japan. Would recommend.

Process to pick up and drop off was super easy and so was the set up. Internet was pretty fast too. However, customer service email was extremely slow and never responded. And although wifi was very fast when it connected, it often disappeared and we had to wait and restart the router multiple times.

Had travelled with the prepaid sim from Tokyo to Matsue, to Hakata, to Zamami and Nago Okinawa. SIM worked everywhere I went. Would use the service again. Thank you Japan wireless.

The best pocket wifi in Japan. Seriously this was the best option . So happy with how it all worked out during my 7 day trip in Tokyo

This is super helpful during my solo trip in Japan. It comes with powerbank but honestly I only had to use the powerbank once :)

I travel frequently to Japan. I use Japan Wireless pretty much exclusively because their service is dependable, the wifi units are of excellent quality, and returning the units is so easy.

Loved having JP wireless. Made it really easy to get around without having to worry about data.
