Stayed in Japan for 10 days and had this little thing with me when I am out
And about!! The signal was strong and speed was fast!! Never had an issue! Def prefer this over the SIM card.

Excellent coverage, great customer service, reasonable prices!

Great product and service

Workimg perfectly everywhere in Japan

Very stable. Must have it when you visit Japan. Also this is a true unlimited wifi data with good speed!

My first wifi box didn’t work properly. They sent me a new one the very nextDay! Great customer service!

It was so easy to reserve the Premium Wifi (187 Mbps) online before arriving in Japan. Easy pickup from Hanedakuko airport too. Wifi connection wherever I went and no issues at all. They made it so convenient and hassle free when returning it as well. Highly recommend renting from Japan Wireless.

From ordering, pick up, usage, and return - all pros and no cons. Have just placed order again for forthcoming trip. Recommended to friends and colleagues. Thank you for making my trip a pleasant experience.

It was great no problems at all, it was fast and reliable. The battery would last all day without having to recharge. Definitely going to use this again on my next trip to Japan.

Correct, no problem.
