This was most useful during the 2 weeks we were travelling around Japan. Could not order a sim since my phone is locked. Glad this was an available alternative. Would highly recommend it.

Great experience. No issues with the hardware - connectivity was good throughout. Battery typically lasted entire day. Fees were reasonable. Pickup at Osaka airport counter was a little bit confusing but I'm really nitpicking. Totally recommend.

Great wifi all throughout our travels! It was easy to use and convenient to carry. You will definitely use the charger as it uses a lot of battery, so I’m glad they included that as well.

It worked perfectly.

I would use this service again and wish more countries would offer such products for international travelers.

Internet was fast and reliable. Would use it again!

Delivered on time (at the hotel). Easy to operate. Lightweight (like a mobile phone). No need to use the additional battery (included in the pack), enough battery to entire day (at least in my case). Worked anywere. Return through mailbox, at the airport. Simple. 100% Satisfied.

Good connection throughout, battery did not last as long as I expected but enough for a day on full charge. Came with extra battery pack too which helped. Collection and return was smooth

Great product which worked when we wanted, would like more battery if possible.

A real must have travelling through Japan. Very easy to use, reliable, strong autonomy, it is a perfect tool
