Long lasting battery, didnt even use the powerbank that comes with it because it literally lasted a whole day use with gps open most of the time. So easy to use and has clear instructions with pick up and drop off. Very good signal everywhere we go. I will rent again when we go back in japan. :)

So easy to order got it sent to my grandparent’s house and it got there a day early so was ready for me to use when I got there such an easy process and great network service throughout my 2 week trip! Will definitely use again!

The sim card pick up was clear and fast at the airport. Went to 4 different cities and had great coverage in all of the cities. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again when I return!

We used the simcard during our stay in Japan - it was very simple. The only negative is it wasn't compatible with my phone (Realme) but my husband's phone (Samsung) worked well with the sim. The company warned in advance that some phone brands might be incompatible with the simcard.
