The router was at the hotel when I arrived. They provided the router, a small extra battery (which I was not expecting), changing cables and a pouch. Return envelope and clear instructions were also included. The device was excellent during my 12 day trip. Zero issues or data drop. I was in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Nara. The router’s battery ended up lasting all day. Great experience. Highly recommended.

The pocket wifi was really handy. And easy to get (had it mailed to the hotel) and to return (just throw it in the mailbox with a prepaid envelope they provide).

So easy! Great directions to pick up location, very easy to follow instructions and hassle free drop-off into the post box at the airport. Would highly recommend.

This was such an easy and simple process to rent a pocket wifi and there were no issues with the connectivity at any time either. Had a backup battery that came with the rental but didn't have to use it at all during the whole stay in Japan. Amazing! Will rent from Japan Wireless next time as well.

Convenient pickup and drop off at the airport. Simple to use/connect. Battery lasted 12 hours but spare power bank was convenient and helpful to have. Great coverage everywhere we went - Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Nara, Osaka, Nikko.

Item was delivered to us at NRD airport along with a return envelope. We used through our trip in Japan with easy and no issues. A must have for any traveler

Worked well, had no slowdowns or issues, more than enough data.
One thing to remember, if you want it delivered to your hotel, make sure to order it at least 24 hours beforehand! It can take that long to get to the hotel
