This is my first time to use this pocket wifi , it really good and covenience with reasonable price compared with Samuraii wifi which we alway used (price more expensive)
We shall use it again on our next visit on Oct-Nov.

Easy to use, charged overnight and lasts until night, power bank didn’t work but I had my own anyway, reliable wifi, delivered to hotel and dropped off at a post box at Haneda airport on our way home :)

It's very convenient and fast internet service.

Used it for my stay in Japan- was solid and worked as advertised. Do note you may need a different charging cable, mine was defective so I had to purchase another one.

We were happy with this Wi-Fi service and it was easy to use. Didn't have an issue during our entire 12-day trip except when we first tried connecting to the device, but the staff at the pickup kiosk fixed the problem so make sure everything is functioning before you leave the airport. The connection speed was fast enough for 2 cell phones. The only spotty area we encountered was in the mountains of Hakone while riding on the Railway. We kept the portable battery plugged into the device all day and it lasted long enough so we could recharge it overnight. Be mindful that it can get hot and overheat. Overall very satisfied with this product and would use again next time.

My husband and I planned a two-week visit to Japan and were unsure about which pocket Wi-Fi rental service to choose. However, we are extremely pleased that we decided to go with Japan Wireless!! The pick-up and drop-off process was incredibly easy and convenient since they had locations right at the airport. Moreover, their rates were the best when compared to other rental options. We were delighted to find that the Wi-Fi provided by Japan Wireless was consistently stable, and never encountered any connectivity issues. Additionally, the pocket Wi-Fi came with a battery bank, and a full charge typically lasted us the entire day without requiring a recharge. We will be using Japan Wireless again for our next visit!
