I bought the 14 day package and it got activated as soon as I landed at the Haneda airport and it had 5G reception at all the major places, some remote locations it was catching 4G but still had good internet speeds. I'll definitely buy it again when I visit Japan next time.

zeer goed , super service

The pocket Wifi was great. Coverage was good. Battery life with the extra battery got us through the day. When we were in a restaurant in Kyoto, a local had bad cell phone service and connected to our pocket WiFi instead.

Excellent service and connection. Easy return policy.

Never fails!! Everywhere we went we enjoyed seamless connectivity, definitely a must on our next travel! And very easy to obtain, hassle-free receipt and return!

I never had problem with WiFi connection. It was easy to connect to have with me throughout my whole trip. The return was easy.

Service was excellent and very happy with the rental experience.

Very easy process and was able to have the device sent to my hotel. It was very convenient since our flight was delayed and we landed very late at night. The instructions were clear and even told us exactly where and how to return it.
