These worked so well for our family, we had 2 of these so the kids could take one skiing if they went off by themselves and still call us. Never had an issue with lack of reception, we could connect all our phones & computers to them, even watched movies on Netflix. Excellent product.

It was very useful to have during our two week trip.

This pocket wifi worked very well for us while we traveled in Japan for 12 days. Connectivity was fast and solid. Pickup at the Haneda airport was easy and drop off was putting the device and charger into a pre-addressed envelope Ninja Wifi provided us with and popping it into a mailbox at the airport, so very convenient. The only drawback we found was that the charge never lasted the day, and that there wasn't enough charge on the portable charger to fully keep it powered, though we charged both in the hotel each night.

We could not have been more happy with our hired portable wifi device from Japan Wireless - it didn't miss a beat, was fast and battery life lasted all day. It was also delivered to our hotel the day we arrived so ready to collect at check-in. We could not have found our way around Japan without it, thank you.

Easy to use, great network coverage around Japan.

The pocket wifi was great. Had signal everywhere we went throughout Japan. Instructions were great, easy pickup, setup, use and return. Never lagged even with several devices connected. Will most definitely use again.

Wi-fi connection was good all through our trip. We never had any problems, the battery life is good as well. They provide you with everything to keep the pocket wifi ready. 5/5 will use their service again.
