Have been using annually for a few years now. Great customer when I made a mistake.

This is our second time utilizing the pocket wifi rental from Japan Wireless. We had the unit delivered to our hotel and it was waiting there upon our check-in. My family of four connected to the unit and we all had great connection speed as we traveled all over Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Returning the item was easy as all return mailing supplies are provided, and all we needed to do was drop it in the Post Box on the day of our departure. Highly recommend Japan Wireless for anyone looking to rent a pocket wifi in Japan.

Wifi is great for daily travels and social media!
My only downside was some random spots where the wifi didnt work and was probably in a dead zone. Regardless the package the shipped to my hotel with no issues and everything is PERFECT. Some websites dont load oddly ;(

Reliable connection, wifi in multiple cities we visited which includes: Tokyo, Nikko, Kyoto, Osaka, and Wakayama.

Excellent customer service with quick response and delivery times. The wifi was a little slow when using a few devices at once but otherwise very good.

I have been using Japan Wireless for my last 4 trips to Japan and I am very satisfied with their product and service. This last pocket wifi I had was excellent with reliable connectivity and coverage. I will not hesitate to use them again!
