Great experience, what really surprised me is the charge 😂 100% is enough for the whole day

This was an excellent solution for travelling in Japan. Pickup and return at Haneda was straightforward and the unit was simple to use. Battery life exceeded the specified 10 hours, so we never needed to use the additional battery pack. Very good value for money.

Wonderful pocket wifi to bring on the travels in Japan. Worked really well, from start to finish. We arrived early to our hotel and had to leave our bags for a later check in. The envelope had arrived so we could start using it right away, extremly easy set up.

Only downside was the powerbank, that did not charge very fast nor gave much power to the wifi. Ended up using my own, for both phone and wifi.

Will use Japan wireless again.

No technical or complicated instructions. simple to use.

It worked perfect, as expected. It made our trip to Japan (4 people) incredible easy, from checking train times or map routes to use translation from our mobiles. I'd rent it again !

It was delivered on schedule when we reached our hotel. It’s easy to set up with instructions easy to follow. I always use them.
