Will definitely be using these guys again. So easy and convenient to keep in your pocket and connect all devices to it.

Very easy to book & collect. Excellent coverage.

Perfect for a group, took 2 devices and always had good connectivity amongst the group. Very easy to manage.

We had great signal quality all the time. The whole pickup and return process was super clear and overall we had a very good experience.

Very easy to use and not very fast draining, also the drop off is easy because post office are everywhere this is my 2nd time to used it.

My second time using Japan wireless.Always reliable and no issue with Wi-Fi during my 20 day stay in Japan.

At times there was poor signal! However overall it was worth it.

A must in travelling Japan

The service was exceptional and always available wherever I went. During my 14-day visit to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, I experienced great internet connectivity with no issues at all. Unfortunately, the battery pack provided in my kit stopped working after just 5 days of use. Nonetheless, I will definitely rent again for my next visit.

We always use Japan Wireless pocket wifi in Japan. Works great! Easy pick up and return via mail. Highly recommend!
