Pocket WiFi worked very well for majority of our trip. A couple times it slowed down, but overall unit worked well. The only issue I found, the unit was more expensive than other suppliers. Delivery and drop off were great!

Wifi was great. Spotty in some areas in Disneyland but all I had to do was walk near an open area for Wifi to pick up again.

This was a very good option and works very well. It was easy to set up. The bonus was the power bank that came with it, especially if you use the pocket wifi all day.

Extremely convenient easy to use. My connection was solid every where I went and I had two devices connected. Definitely will use it on my next trip to Japan.

Very happy with WiFi rental. Stable and high speed connection. Easy to pick up from hotel and return via Japan post at airport. Will rent again the next time we go to Japan.

We use this product for 12 days of travel throughout Japan, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and was easy to use. The battery life was not too bad either.

Our only link to Japan maps and to get to various destinations. Was very good, didn’t let us down. Sometimes would disconnect device but otherwise very very good

We rented one unit per person out of fear of draining the wireless unit battery too quickly. Since only one person was using each unit, none of us ever needed to use the battery back up. Other families who had multiple people sharing one device often needed the battery back up. Return was easy at Narita airport. One recommendation is that an email to the customer to acknowledge proper return of the units would be appreciated.

We travelled on the Tohoku/Hokkaido route and never had any issues with the wifi service. Battery life was fine for all day use. No problems with speed and response time on the internet.
