I have used Japan-Wireless for years! They are my go to for wifi units. I have never had any problems with this Company.

I rent the pocket wifi for 14 days on JapanWireless website for our vacation.

When we arrived at Haneda airport, everything was ready and we only needed to confirm our identities.

For the whole two weeks we had amazing coverage, and the wifi was even better than our hotel wifi, so we ended up only using the pocket wifi. It allowed us 5 devices and we made full use of that!

We traveled around Yokohama/Central Tokyo and never had any issues with connectivity.
Our provider was Ninja Wifi.

By the end of the travel, returning it was a piece of cake. Simply put the device and all accessories into the return package that is included when you pick it up, then throw it into any post box (there should always be multiple at any of the airports and terminals, consult airport map for directions).

Very exzellent. Easy to take from the Shop. Its easy to set. Battery is more then 16 hours before u Charge and you have also a powerbank includet. Everytime we have a good connecting in tokyo.
