This is the second time I have rented this product from Japan Wireless. I found it very reliable and I was able to use it everywhere we went to in Japan. I plan to use it again when we visit Japan next year.

Japan Wireless was quick to respond. Customer service is great and very flexible. I had 0 issues with my product. I will definitely purchase from them again on my next trip.

From picking up our router at Haneda airport to returning it via mailbox, the entire process and experience was smooth and relatively easy. We had great coverage throughout the many places we visited (Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka) and even in the trains. Will definitely use the service again!

Pocket WI-FI proved to be a dependable and predictable asset for us while visiting Japan. Reception to WI-FI and access was always there whether in rural areas (like Ise) or on trains. Highly recommended for both internet and phone use.
