One of the things that made my trip perfect. Easy to use and worked everywhere. The only issue was when I picked it up at KIX the battery was 100% depleted. I thought I would have to return it the next day but I charged it over night and never had an issue again!

The entire process from ordering to return was simple and easy. The hub worked extremely well, set up in minutes and held a charge all day. Would definitely recommend.

We used japan Wireless for a a month long trip to Japan that featured frequent travel. The service was excellent and I will add even better than what I experience at home with my carrier. Highly recommend.

Great service and speed! It worked everywhere I went in Japan and it was very easy to ship it back through the mail. It’s a good alternative to getting SIM cards for your group.

My only issues were finding where to pick it up (I had to ask for assistance at the airport) and drop it off (finding a mailbox large enough to fit the envelop in). Using the pocket wifi was very simple, and the battery life was fantastic. I only needed to recharge it at the end of the day, which surprised me, but I had peace of mind knowing they provided me with a power pack as well. I'll definitely choose them again!

Japan Wireless always has the best rates of any other providers. This is my first time using an eSIM, and it was easy to set up. However, there were a couple afternoons where the network became extremely slow, and I had not hit my data cap for that day. Small things like texts were ok. Navigating with map apps took a little longer. So it's a great value overall, but keep in mind outages happen sometimes.

My husband and I went to Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Osaka, and to the mountains of Gifu. We had high-speed internet the WHOLE time. Will definitely avail of this service again!!!

Picking up from HND was very easy. Wifi supported 5 of us throughout our entire trip all streaming different things. Every once in a while it was a little bit slow, but it was probably the mountain area we were in or the tunnels. Returning was very easy, there's a post box right before you enter security and the envelope it comes with is all ready to go. Will definitely be getting the next time I travel with friends.
