This has been my go to wifi rental whenever I travel to Japan. Always through all these years, very reliable.

I did a mistake at the moment of choose the product I wanted, and I chose the pocket wifi and I really wanted eSIM, I requested my cancellation and the staff proceed accordingly. really great service.

Battery life was good. I was able to use it for around 12 or so hours. No real issues with it. Speed was good and rarely had any issues with the connectivity.

I used the Wifi in Tokyo only. The signal was very good, also, it was real unlimited as the discretion when I purchased. There was no extra charge and no hidden fee.

I used this pocket wifi with my friend and it worked flawlessly! Didn't have any issues, only minor issue was the size of the pocket wifi. It was huge along with the wireless charger, but other than that worked great for 2 people!
