I think it might be the best option for a long stay in Japan. One just needs to make sure to recharge it during the night. Provides connection withouth fault. Sometimes it seems to lose connection but, from my experience, it readjusts in no time. Highly reccomend it if you stay for one month or more.

Very good service with full coverage in Japan. Some places has less signal, but we still internet but less fast as normal. Connecting devices is a breeze and the instructions are clear. Also dropping off the device after usage is clear. I liked that I got a mail which was saying that the package was successful delivered. I will recommend this service and I will definitely use it next time I visit Japan!

It works flawlessly in Tokyo as well as in Hokkaido. I will recommend to my friends to use it when traveling in Japan.

Perfect usage during our Japan trip.

The company had my pocket wifi ready at the hotel when I arrived. Wifi service was very reliable and return process was easy. Would definitely recommend and use services again.

This helped me immensely. Traveled from Osaka to Yokohama and Tokyo w no problems. Of course I was in some mountainous areas and had no service. And that was to be expected. No bad on Japan Wireless nor the device. Would I do this again? Absolutely. Pick up was easy, the return was easier. I dropped it off at any Japan Street Post Box. Of course with the provided shipping envelope.

It worked perfectly and really helped my mum and I out in our travels around Japan! Connection did drop out occasionally in some areas but this wasn't a big issue. Definitely coming back next time!
