Ordering was easy and pocket Wi-Fi delivered to my hotel. Emailed and printed instructions were provided. Wi-Fi device performed well. Return via post office box at airport was easy.

In Japan, many places are still written in Japanese, so we were really happy about the simple function. It is small, robust and easily accessible almost anywhere. Well recommended.

All the process for reservation of the pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless was quick and easy. I did the reservation in advance and it was good. Once in Japan, it was easy enough to find the place to retrieve the device.
I had an issue with the speed at the beginning but it was easy to get an answer to solve my issue.
The connection with the device was mostly reliable but I had some disconnections from time so it was a bit difficult to work (especially when you need a stable connection) with this connection sometimes but overall, it worked mostly fine. Anyway, the service is great and reliable enough for everyone.

The wifi worked really well. Every now and then we had to search for a better service but after that it worked again like dream. On our trip to Japan wifi was a must for using maps and translation apps. Will definitely use your services on our next trip too!

Used for three weeks, went well. only really lost signal down in the subway which makes sense. If using the entire day, You will go through both pocketwifi battery and extra battery, make sure both are fully charged at start of day. My friend's extra battery drained and died very quickly compared to mine. Would recommend carrying powerbank just in case.
