We used the pocket WiFi during our whole stay in Japan. Always online with a secure access, never experiencing dead zones. This was pure luxury and all of this at an acceptable Price. Highly Recommended!

Perfect delivery, clean and new device, perfect network!

Easy and short review - the pick up, set up, and use of the wireless router I reserved for my stay in Japan was simple and easy to use. I always had service when I needed it and never encountered any issues. The only problem was that the extra portable battery that was supplied with the wireless router was bad and didn't hold a charge and therefore couldn't be used to charge the router while on the go. Luckily I brought my own personal portable battery and used that, otherwise I would have run out of power in the middle of the day and that would've been a big let down. Otherwise, a great service!

The wifi worked wonderfully and the extra charger was incredibly useful on several occasions! Will get again on my next visit to Japan.

The whole process was easy. Instructions were easy to follow. Prompt service. Fast WiFi service!

Got the business WiFi Router, which was plenty good enough for the 2 of us that were using it. We wouldn't have been able to survive without it. JapanWireless made it super easy for us by shipping it to our accomodation, and providing pre-paid postage to send it back at the end of the trip

The Japan Wireless website makes renting from them sound so easy, almost too good to be true, but it really is just that easy. Our unit was waiting on us at our hotel when we arrived in Tokyo. Included in the package was the return envelope which we easily dropped off at the post office in Kansai International Airport when we departed Japan. The unit worked perfectly for us, never giving us any issues. The battery only lasted us about 8 hours, so they provide a power bank along with the rental, so be sure to carry that with you if you plan to be out all day. Having access to the internet and sites such as Google Maps and Hyperdia are essential when traveling in Japan, and I do not hesitate to recommend Japan Wireless to travelers.

Rented unlimited WiFi for our recent 14 days tour. Did not experience any connections problems at all. Battery life was a full day then there was the backup to fall back on if needed. Was invaluable and allowed to get the most out of our holiday.
