Very good experience in terms of : service (quick availability, nice customer service, easy return) and performance of the tool (very good coverage and user friendly / portable tool)

e-SIM card purchased for a 2-week trip to Japan. Everything worked very well once on land. We also appreciate the ease of installation and the attractive price.

Easy to use, the price is fair and the service is great! Thanks.

Saved a lot of my money

Everything went smoothly - on check in at the hotel in Tokyo I was handed an A4 sized parcel containing the pocket wi fi device / extra battery / mains adaptor and the necessary charging leads. Really quick and easy to get set up - clear instructions in english.
We were on a tour staying in 5 different locations and the wifi reception was excellent throughout - 2 of us each using smartphones and a i-pad. For us the pocket wifi lasted all day on one charge and we did not use the additional battery pack which was included.
Great value - great performance - great service - what is not to like!
Thoroughly recommend
On my return from Tokyo Haneda 2 weeks later the reception staff at check kindly posted my package returning the equipment.

Fantastic product to use while travelling in Japan, fast internet used for a family of 4 with no issues, WiFi pockets comes together with a power bank and was really handy. I totally recommend. The communication from Japan Wireless was absolutely amazing with all the detail provided how to collect, setup and return of the equipment. I totally recommend to anyone that wants excellent service, fast internet and connecting with more than 1 device.

Great experience, never had any problem during my stay (worked even better than my friend's eSIM).

Very good connection all over the country
