It worked everywhere we went .speed was quite good.pick up and return was also quite easy.

Once I downloaded their eSIM to my phone, followed the instructions and i was good to go with google/Apple Maps, internet searches, as well as internet calling through FaceTime as well as WhatsApp calls. I would buy again!

This is my 5th trip to Japan and I have always used a pocket WiFi. Japan Wireless is excellent. The package was fully charged after pickup at the airport. Everything worked well in Osaka, Kobe, Tokyo, Nara, and Kyoto. No problem with coverage or service. Power lasted all day - never needed the backup battery (included). Easy to return at the airport. Definitely and highly recommend.

Used a variety of esim cards whilst traveling abroad, and this one was easily the best! Consistently reliable, fast, and easy to set up. Will use again on my next trip in Japan.

Easy to activate and reception is very good.

It was my first time using Japan Wireless on my trip. I ordered it online and picked it up at the airport. The package/instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to connect to it really fast. I had great coverage and battery life everywhere that I went on my trip, even in the subways! It was light and easy to carry around, and didn’t take up a lot of space in my bag which was a plus! The only hiccup on signal that I experienced on my trip was in the Nara Park area, but everywhere else was solid. Battery life was good, and I appreciated the extra power adapter provided as well. I would usually switch to my hotel WiFi whenever I was there, to conserve/charge the battery. Also, returning the pocket WiFi was pretty easy as well. You just use the envelope provided to you, and drop it into any mailbox. I was in a rush to my flight home so I dropped mine off at a mailbox inside the airport :) I had a bit of trouble locating the mailbox inside the airport (Narita), but luckily a representative at an information kiosk guided me to the right area and all was well :) I would highly recommend Japan Wireless. Great service, great battery life, easy instructions, and affordable for my 14-day stay! Thank you so much :)
