I prefer getting a portable WiFi than to get eSIM so it doesn’t interfere with my existing phone plan.
The WiFi service was good, also good battery life. Device is light weight

Absolutely great service. Easy to use and no issues with connection in Japan. Delivery to my hotel was definitely a plus and the love the fact that most hotels have a postal to return the pocket wifi. Overall the experience and the convenience made my travel very memorable! Thank you!

Wifi pocket worked really good in japan

I travelled around Honshu from Tokyo, to Echigo Yuzawa, Karuizawa, and Kusatsu, and I had no issues at all! Able to make video calls home, upload photos, and navigate around Japan without any problem. Will use next time I’m in Japan for sure.

Picking up the wi-fi was easy. Returning is a lot easier. The wi-fi was continuous 24/7. It was worthy and very practical.
