This is my second time using Japan Wireless and everything is perfect: communication, delivery, equipment status and return system. I advise everyone!

Very easy and efficient. Internet was ok all over Seiyo and Kouchi, in Shikoku, and of course at Haneda too. Thank you Ninja Wifi. Arigatou gozaimashita

Super easy to book and use. I Booked very late so couldn’t pick it up at the AirPort but just ordered to my hotell which was great

All perfect. Super fast connection. Easy delivery. Highly recommended.

This is a really good service if you have multiple devices and you don't want to pay roaming. The speed was not that good as it was advertisied, but 2 Mbit is more than enough for casual traveling :)

今回はじめて借りましたが、ホテルまで郵送してもらえたし、返却も郵送できたので簡単でした。また利用させていただきます。🙏

No problems at all.

Had on me the whole 2 weeks in Japan. Had reliable internet the whole time with the premium Wi-Fi. Definitely recommend.

I always use Japan wireless. The best service, ease of use and ease of return.

The transaction was seamless - easy pick up at the airport, and easy drop off at the post office once the rental period was done. The wifi worked great as well throughout the entire trip. Would rent again!
